Sorry, no pets or jogging strollers allowed on the course. Assisted athlete strollers are welcome. Remember that there will be more than 500 young participants on the course, many taking part in their very first 5k event, and we want to make it as safe and distraction-free an experience as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
It's November in Iowa, so be prepared to run in any weather! Be brave, wear layers, and come ready to go with the flow, whether it's raining, shining, freezing or somewhere in between. If it is unsafe to run we will cancel--no refunds will be given. Our website and Facebook page will be updated as soon as possible. Visualize sunshine!
