Thank you for your interest in an internship at Girls on the Run!
We believe that all families and communities should have access to our program, and our interns help make that possible. Girls on the Run provides meaningful opportunities for interns to learn and grow their skillsets.
The following internships are currently available.
Program Management (2-3): This intern team works closely with the Program team to implement the fall program and prepare for the spring season in order to deliver the progam across our full territory. Positions are available in Iowa City, Cear Rapids, and the Cedar Valley (spring only).
Social Media & Graphic Design: This intern team work closely with the Communication and Marketing team team to identify new strategies and concepts to engage our audiences across multiple social media channels, design collateral for digital and print and develop engaging content.
Development and Events (2-4): These interns will support the operational functions of our funding strategy, with a particular focus on individual donor and corporate sponsor stewardship, as well as our SoleMates program. This team also supports special events from community give-back events to larger fundraisers.
